Learning Blogger

Not sure if anyone can help me but I am having issues with blogger.  I finally learned how to "link" something...lol  But when I upload pictures I want them to go with a certain paragraph, yet when I post the all go in one space.....can anyone help me!!  I would luv any suggestions or help!
